Appointments & Consultations

Our office is open Monday through Friday from 9AM to 5PM, and Thursdays until 7PM. Early morning or after work appointments are scheduled on an individual basis. New cosmetic surgery patients should plan on a one-hour consultation, arriving a bit early to fill out the necessary paperwork. To schedule an appointment, please call (606) 326-9888 or

Cancellations

We ask that you kindly provide us with at least 24-48 hours notice if you cannot make your appointment. This courtesy on your part will make it possible to give your appointment to another patient.

Payment

All fees will be discussed fully at your first office visit. Charges for cosmetic consultations and services are due at the time services are rendered. Cosmetic surgical fees include follow-up visits for 6 months to 1 year. If your surgical procedure is performed within a reasonable period of time, your consultation cost will be deducted from the cost of the surgery. A deposit is required when surgery is scheduled and the balance is required 2 weeks prior to surgery.

Payment may be made by cash, check and/or money order. For your convenience, most credit cards are also accepted.

Financing

Most medical insurance does not cover cosmetic surgery. As a service to our patients, we work with several financing agencies that offer a wide array of options. Our staff will be happy to privately discuss these options with you. We commonly work with Care Credit and Capital One Healthcare, but have others available as well.

Emergencies

If you have an emergency and need to be seen urgently, please call the office at any time.

Confidentiality

Your medical record is strictly private and information regarding you or your visit/surgery will not be released without your approval.
